When Min became involved in Empire Oil and Gas they curiously at the time did not seek to have a board appointee. It all became obvious later when MIN forced EGO into voluntary administration with out having a conflict of interest. Having a MIN employee on HZR board gives me some assurance that MIN is involved with HZR for benificial reasons not hostile ones.
