I'm certainly not ramping ALL but for sure I think its oversold and therefore its reasonable to point out risks that class action participants will face. IMO this class action case is all about making money for IMF and they don't have one jot of concern for ALL shareholders.
I do understand the points that you made and in the main I agree with what you say, however, I don't accept that shareholders can be plaintiffs on a risk free basis.
