As one example AG with the backing of highly questionable Company DD cronies remained religiously supportive of this $1.3b dollar deal and an ongoing ridiculously exorbitant guidance until precisely the same time that the High Court of Justice in England and Wales made an order approving the return of capital to Watchstone investors?
Why did S&G's (internally) highly praised and excessively overcompensated DD dipsticks completely ignore the thorough due diligence that was already undertaken, completed, and made publicly available by Gotham and Shareprophets analysts?
