Okay, fair enough. I think it's more the language used in these releases that is misleading. I automatically assume that with a word such as 'customer' that the service is being paid for. Is it a Chanel partner as you put it or a customer that the company says it is? Or is this a convenient misunderstanding on my part ? At least I didn't misunderstand the council deal, unlike other posters. That's a terrible market update and goes completely against the 'understate / over deliver statement' we heard earlier
