The problem here is that nobody at all understands debt.
DEBT is a godsend when everything is going up- or at least on what you bought with borrowed funds. Its brilliant and it makes you like superman.
The problem is that when things stabilise, slow down OR (but not necessarily) go backwards, thats when the chickens come home to roost. But where are we in the cycle?
