It is an easy calculation:
Minimum is 0.90 per share
Maximum is 1.20 in some people's minds
Most possible is 1.00

.90 - 1.20 is 30 cents difference
Split that in half and you have the fence sitters SP at 1.05
I sold at 1.06 after having bought ages ago in the low 20's.
Sick of the kaffuffle about the takeover.
Also starting selling ZFX in Nov and I am glad I did. Sold the rest of my holdings as soon as AGM t/o was announced.
Didnt like ZFX's approach.
