Q. @NeuroNerd will SYA be acquisition before the "Options" can be exercised ?

As I see the pitcher, we have some choices to consider when participating in this CR.

Yes if the current SP is above the 5.1 cent CR price then we would surely hold our rights to gain the difference once all rights have been settled. Free money. Well at least the difference is....!
Simultaneously making the choice of buying more of the SYAR's on the open market if only to cash in on the possibility of exercising the rights of the "Options" @ 7 c in the future.
What a gamble.
And then how does one pay for the SYAR's that are being offered ? Break into the piggy bank, raid the rainy day fund, cash in other shares, put off building your dream home, sell a kidney, or better yet a kid ??
Or do you weigh the scales and sell the very SYA shares you currently own in order to pay for the SYAR's and conversion cost's. ( Current SP for SYA = 5.3 cents. SYAR's = 5.1 cents. Buying the rights on the open market maybe the difference .002 )

In the hope to exercise the 7 cent "Options" in the future ??? Because by the time the "Options" are exercisable the SP will be @ 15 cents, 20 cents, 36cents ????? How much profit would that be ???
