    A lot of fearmongering within the booklet to direct the herd to vote yes but also a lot of bold writing stating it’s only yes “subject to a superior offer”.

    Don’t see any other pharma in the top 20 holders either.

    Maybe it is what it is and the market has spoken but a few weeks left yet.
