It closed with a million+ shares for sale at 99.5c . My guess is the existing shareholders are none too happy about the rights issue. They're probably dumping with the idea of buying back in via the rights issue for less than they sold out for. Of course, this could blow up on them if MFS abandons the proposal due to the weak shareprice.
The whole thing looks oversold to me!
