I'd think AH would be thinking twice about buying another $20K of those 15c options for 0.5c!
Might well be thinking about dropping the case now that MMX have signalled they won't settle - otherwise it is costing them a fortune to run the case and pay for the options in return for worthless options. The MC of CHM has to hit a massive $240m to bring the options into the money (ie 15c x approx. 1 billion shares and 600m options).
