    I agree Andy.....AGM should make a stand at $1.50 min and let's see how hungry ZFX are???

    If ZFX want AGM as much as I think they do...they would pay up (OK I'm willing to accept $1.40 min).

    If the bid fails...who cares, AGM will reach $3 + and pay divi in the near future anyway!!!
