Stockpiling seems the obvious reason doesn't it.
In the end if the recovery level had dropped they would have had to announce it. They didn't because it didn't drop. Pretty simple really.
Maybe the stockpile will be for use when the new upgrades are completed to bring our recoveries up to 70-75%!
Happy days with results from that quarter, lol!
I feel like some of this should be highlighted red...
