The engineering firm that is doing the work escapes me. I have had a quick look and can't find there name. Saying this they were given some shares some time ago as part of their contract of work. Maybe one of the company guys that read this thread could add this detail.
In relation to the other activities in the report, it seem there is not much action. The problem with government hand out is that they get the job done, however there is no incentive to take it to the next level and/or there operations are unsustainable after the funding drys up. Though saying this I'll nut out a list of company that are dipping or have dipped there toe in the same market.
