Ann: LCK receives Environmental Approval, page-60

The announcement at the top of this string says LCK Intend to submit 3 Activity Notices:
1 - Process well drilling;
2 - Above ground plant construction; and
3 - Operations, including operating, monitoring and decommissioning.

Im still unclear if the operation of the PCD is considered a Low Level or High Level  surveillance activity, however based upon the below flow chart, Stage 3 approval will be at least 21 days from submission of AN's (assuming PCD operation is a Low Level surveillance activity)

I dont believe the AN's will be rubber stamped prior to release of quarterly report, as as of the announcement above LCK had yet to submit them, and they will take at least 21 days to approve (granted the flowchart says time frames may be reduce upon application and with approval)
