Im still unclear if the operation of the PCD is considered a Low Level or High Level surveillance activity, however based upon the below flow chart, Stage 3 approval will be at least 21 days from submission of AN's (assuming PCD operation is a Low Level surveillance activity)

I dont believe the AN's will be rubber stamped prior to release of quarterly report, as as of the announcement above LCK had yet to submit them, and they will take at least 21 days to approve (granted the flowchart says time frames may be reduce upon application and with approval)

I agree. I have had to read it 6 times to get my head around where they are. So is it approval or approval to request approval to build?

Anyway, I am confident I know the answer to that and so my sentiment is very buy. If they can flare gas this goes into triple figures
