Look
1 There is no proof that AUM are overvalued.
2 no proof charges are grossly excessive (which could be a positive for share price anyway)
2 They have at least $100m in Cash
3 Some of their projects are great and as long as they hold up profits will be made.
I think at this price the risk is worth taking !
