Interesting that the assumptions used in the calculations of the MD performance rights plan includes a valuation of 8.5c (despite expert report at 15.5c 6 months ago) and a 0% dividend yield over the next 2 years. I dont mind incentivising the MD to get the share price up but in my view the sooner we see dividends the quicker the SP will rise.
