For me, time delay renders horizontal support/resistance lines non-conforming...unless of course we are talking ultra short term readings over say less than a month.

It also depends on the status quo for the company...dilution, various placement prices and indeed significan fundamental equations render most constants pretty quickly out of date.

Different of course for the larger cap stocks...but we are of course talking extremely fluid speculative small-caps here.
