William Rees-Mogg is living in yesterday. Gold will come into it's own when a nuclear winter sets in and we are living in villages, trying to work out a barter system with an overseas power. Paper money is also cactus. I have full confidence in the commodities I own. I look with trepidation at my cash holding and i look at gold as a commodity, one amongst 50 or so. The digital age will bring forth a new type of currency.
