Due to ongoing success and growth, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Production Technician (Laser Welding) within our Manufacturing Group to work the afternoon shift (2pm-10pm).
Key Challenges:
Laser Welding;
Helium Leak Testing;
Jigs/fixtures mechanical assembly;
Identify areas for operational process improvement;
Polishing
Skills and Experience Required:
Ability to work with a steady hand (must have extremely good hand/eye co-ordination) and be very patient;
High degree of mechanical aptitude with excellent problem solving skills;
Toolmaking;
Familiarity with cGMP for medical devices, clean room practices, gowning, etc;
Trained in (and be familiar with) the use of microscopes;
A reasonable level of computer skills (exposure to Autocad or Pro-E will be well regarded).
