Yellowcake, I'm not posting in ag commodity threads about gold. I'm not sure why it gets up your nose that some would choose to invest in it. Clearly it must or you wouldn't come round to the gold thread and stir things up.

Gold has its place, as do other commodities. The fact that gold has relatively few other uses is actually a big advantage for its use as money. Think about it.
