Gov - Lack of insto support on the register is not helpful to put floor or buying pressure in light of HFs and others shorting the stock. Recall seeing writings last week indicating around 20% of register is presently shorted!
A combination of debt levels and complex/opaque financial structure is also what the market sees as detracting features. An uncertain earnings growth outlook is also cited by many as depressing the SP.
