There is alot going on behind the scene ,regarding WPL ,COP,FAR ,woodside would not be putting it out there as much ,if some deal has not been done ,pe or no pe ,there is plan A and plan B .if not they WPL would look stupid ,if it all blow up in there face ,they got things in place .just waiting ,to see if it will be plan A or B .NOT long to wait now ,just sit back and relax ,buy now if you still got room ,DYOR
