how could you draw this conclusion from the ann. It is really weird. They are preparing for commercialization and somehow you think the company is not confident about the result? The hospital even bears the cost. To me, it shows this hospital wants to get in earlier to struck a better/cheap deal. If anything, this means both parties are very positive at least about the trials. It really blows my mind how you think.
