its times like this you get to see who in leadership positions have got a grasp of the real world, and markets.. aside from Burnie and George, who have obviously lost the confidence of the markets, our own Glenn Stephens and whatshisname the PM aren't looking like a shining lights either. Maybe I'll not raise rates if housing stalls says Glenn, and I don't care about the stock market because mums and dads shouldn't be playing the market says Glenn, as if somehow everyones future retirement isn't connected to the stock market and as if australia was isolated from whats happening around the world. FFS, if he only knew how to read a chart he'd see that all these markets are heavily intertwined; markets are far better at picking future recessions and depressions than the pompous dickheads sitting on their brains.
