Announcement from 24/11/17 stated that due diligence was being undertaken on a Canadian business that will be complimentary to CMDV that THC have already acquired, and gives us exposure to Eastern Canadian producers.

Fingers crossed we have acquired a licensed producer and thus have both a licensed producer and hydroponics manufacturing and wholesaling companies in Canada now. Great exposure to the medicinal/recreational space in Canada and potentially the USA, and more importantly a solid source of revenue while the business starts up here in Aus.

All guess work at the moment but very hopeful that our acquisition is somewhere in this area.
