Also what happens if MIN is say $23 by June, (not that I am endorsing the takeover at all. I will definitely be voting NO) then AGO will be trading at 4c. All of a sudden the cost of buying out the shares will increase by 33%. Would it still be cheaper doing this than the cost of sending out all the packs?
Seriously I'm losing count of all the concerns/inconsistencies we are all raising.
