    AVZ cannot mine the tailings....it does not belong to them. However, they sit in very close proximity less than 100m from the pit edges in places, especially the Roche Dur pit. This should be clarified by AVZ I believe...as it has serious and impeding implications for any mine plan. If a deal between the two company to treat the tailings can be done then that's great....but why not disclose it?
