If you call them and personally guarantee they can get $1m they would increase to $1m

When raising money you don't advertise that you want $100 million cos then ppl will say wtf what for sbr if raise that much it'll be a $120m company

But if you and your mates want to put in $1m or $10m or $200m then SBR will prolly take it - but not before you provide a firm commitment

It's how things work, would you have put in $250k (or whatever is a large amount for you personally) during blackout before knowing for a fact the price on market would got to 2.5c?

Sophs take extra risk and it doesn't always work out (look at YPB recent Sophia placement for example)

You take extra risk you deserve extra returns and you also cop the big losses when it doesn't work out
