If oil stays around $70 I don't think it will takes months to double. The price targets of various brokers are all over 20c, and are based on oil around the mid 50s. Oil at $70 gives them valuations of SEA of around 40c. Many would say those price targets are overblown, and perhaps they are, but 12c seems very comfortably attainable if oil stays around $70. If oil is still around $70 or above by the end of next month (which does seem fairly likely) I wouldn't be surprised to see SEA at 12c+. If oil doesn't drop below around $70, I would be surprised if we don't see 8c+ next month.
