I don’t think Simon Lee can be assumed to be the investor based on the documents attached today, he’s only mentioned in regards to exercising his options that were part of an earlier debt facility.
Not saying that he definitely isn’t, I really don’t know, but today’s announcement simply doesn’t say that.
