Ann: BRN Announces Changes in Board of Directors Composition, page-47

Ok...long winded it may be but I have to surmise this.....just to keep my head in it.

1. We have a CEO promising to turn things around....as per webinar. So far nothing to report as usual.
2. AGM Resolutions announced that inflames SH sentiment in the negative and drives SP down.
3. CEO fly's here to Australia to calm the maddening crowd as per HC posters comment....not sure it is true but bear with me.
4. Chairman of the board (COB) is ousted prior to AGM, whether through being hopeless or a dissenting commentator...or for some other reason. Bolto is gone.
5. CEO takes on role of CEO and COB while trying to fend off angry shareholders but offers no new news.
6. CEO has a number of resolutions in play that will earn him millions of $$$ if passed.
7. Directors who helped oust Bolto and helped LDN become COB have vested interest because he is offering a 50% pay rise to them in the resolutions.....so maybe they vote to oust existing COB.
8. The Shareprice has dropped to an all time low while shareholders are expected to vote for management pay rises and bonuses.
9. The company has raised capital numerous times without having a genuine revenue stream.
10. The new guy is a money guy yet again....not a company maker by any means imho...but his value remains to be seen....after all he was thrown in at the same time the COB was ejected.....amazing timing

To be succinct...in order to get back to the BRN common trading area from a year ago of 27.5 cents...the SP has to go up 100%. To get to its all time high.....well we need a miracle.

Am I missing something here?
