u might be able to help me with my/our problem for someone looking to get there first roof over their heads!

i've found the whole process of searching and buying the right property in melb too hard as everything favours the vendor right down to the wide angle lenses used in shots to make rooms look larger than what they usually are and severe under qouting pre and post private sales and auctions

the whole process is really a waste of time!

there are too many people looking at far too few properties basically all in the same area

even the advertising for some properties is misleading and diseptive

the whole process of the purchase of land is heart breaking and im just about at that point where a c'van or a ray's outdoors tent might be looking a better alternative

the way i see it and i could be wrong to some degree is that this property boom has been brought about in part by :
1-the melb 2030 legislation
2-renovators or some one who slaps on a quick coat of paint,inserts a new garden bead and maybe a decking and pagola plus spa then flicks the property back to the agent for a quick buck in a booming mkt
3-easy finance by the banks
