Yes I can confirm I have fairies at the bottom of my garden! Doesn't make it reality though.
There is NO export ban on graphite concentrates IMO. The legislation does not support what Gumboots, T2T , Trommel's or riskon's view's are on this matter. They can jump up and down, yelling from the rooftops till they are blue in the face about it ad nauseam for all I care.....It does not make it so. Perhaps they need to apply a little more critical thinking to company announcements and what they infer/imply rather than what they explicitly state?!
