Tuts. You’ll find many supporters won’t register with AGOU but will still end up voting with you. It seems many shareholders don’t like the idea that they are committing to any team even if they support that teams views. With the FMSU vote we had the same experience and were highly surprised how many that were vocal on HC against the company line didn’t register but did vote the same, against the deal. Also, some larger holders didn’t want to be seen as “acting in concert” but were obviously happy to hear our info and news without offering support. At the end of the day most voted along the same lines as friends of FMSU had expressed. But they felt better doing their way. Beware of being seen to be acting in concert. Always remind shareholders that it is your point of view and that they should make their own independent decisions and seek financial advise before doing so.
