When they are low mcap less risky...think about it if bdi acq something more shares will be issued could be 6billion plus...even with rampers having pom poms and promises of golden days fact remains it will happen and traders will be mindful...even by getting register to 1.5bill shares pre acq might be good enough depending how good the story is...only reason why l bought at the low was for consolidation but they had 2.5bill shares at the time so reality is its doubled mcap just by adding shares...l know people shoot it down but thats cause it does not suit their agenda
