I think this acquistion is showing we are going on with growing the business. This indicate confidence of getting the manufacturing license.

To acquire a 20m turnover business be prepared to pay 40m to 50m for it if its any good. Any less we have a bargain. Then be prepared to raise the funds at this SP. As can be seen we have only 11m in the bank.
