Perhaps you're right but doesn't Niti Aayog have the authority to demand changes to the entire composition of the agreement? As an example, they are the ones that required a third party auditor claw through our entire financial history like a forensic detective which cost us months of delays.
So making the assumption that Niti Aayog will simply rubber-stamp the project is a little naive in my opinion. They can change, make suggestions and impose further delays all of which we are at their mercy.
If management know more- then they have to disclose this to shareholders.
