I think you are spot on @Ted1950. GPP would have completely missed the boat unless they moved fast (put a rocket under it may be more accurate.) From what we read of their historical performance we could have concluded that they were not up to it. Well... here is something different! Genuine activity. Perhaps a hint of alacrity. ... Let's hope for great results.
