I wish I could go to the AGM and find out what Mr Zhang has done and what is he going to do in the future before voting but alas, I can only play with the cards I am dealt with.
Regarding the increase in pay? I need to know what do I get back in return. It is to quiet atm so it is a bit rich to ask for more.
It's sad to think that institutions would be dragged into voting FOR on something that has not make any sense in the current environment.
In which case it raises questions as to why anyone would, and if they did...

I have a good feeling that institutions will do the right thing when I consider the 'paid for articles of UBS'
Maybe they are not as bad as they seem after all.
