I really feel for you all at this time not being able to run and manage your businesses and or portfolios due to large scale incompetence dare I say negligence by a large public provider. I was with a certain provider years ago and they were consistently hopeless at crucial times....sounding familiar.... in fact there were several investigations into their practices about 5 or so yrs ago around another bear cum correction period - you can look it up on the web i believe.
