One other thing in the game of bluff is if they want to take this to mining they might want to start considering Offtake Agreements and have all doors open, including with US and European companies. Just a thought.
However, if their aim is to be TO then they just need to put a price on the table (if they have not done that already and I wonder whether the current drilling program is around further confirmation of the resource to underpin the price they want). Just a thought as well.
