Hi Tuts I see you are focusing on getting 10% to scuttle the deal, but it is not a takeover where they need 90% to go to compulsory acquisition. It is a scheme which needs 25% of share to vote it down or 50% of votes to make the deal fail. I don't see our chances as high for the shares, but votes we have a chance as one of our little votes is the same as an insto with hundreds on mills of shares. Would it be better to focus our efforts on getting number, rather than the 10% which won't do anything. Vive la AGO.
