Telstra to pay $10 million for misleading premium billing charge representations
I suppose the question shareholders should ask is whether Telstra will claw back the revenue paid to the PDB content provider in light of the refunds. If so, how much would IMS's liability be?
How does the decision affect the other carriers? Were they all involved in PDB?
Also, has IMS filed a Notice of Discontinuance as yet? Waving a red rag at an angry bull is not good corporate strategy.
