I still feel that Beijing Water could surprise and even come out of the blocks ahead of the JV partners of which most, including CGGC, appear to be at earlier stages of establishing divisions to work in the rural area.. Of course we do not know how long they have been talking to Fluence and at what depth.
Of all the local companies involved in the rural scene Beijing Water appears to have far more experience there having already installed thousands of MBR plants.
