I wouldn't read too much into it. Lankau is a hired gun. He was chairman when the company bought arbitration against Mylan and knows his stuff. He doesn't own shares and imo knowing the facts, he probably wishes he did but it makes it easier for him to walk away. Imo poh can't afford an International board member...it's a good thing.
