Yes, to be clear.
The proposed $18m is to fund the immunotherapies company (and this will earn Star Bright 60% of that company).
It isn't a direct payment for shares.
Some s/holders won't realise that the immunotherapies company is a private company. AHZ owns apx 80%. So SB's proposed $18m of funding will dilute us from 80% to apx 30%.
Please don't think AHZ is getting paid $18m!
