1. When I bought it was mostly because I read Peter Kings posts about SAS and saw he had bought this stock as well. He seemed very thorough in his research. I did not do real due diligence on the company. When I felt, how I still feel about the announcement of the VC deal, I sold. The Cannepil announcement I also did not like. From the feedback I read their Derma products seem good and if I will read more positive feedback about them I will buy myself.
2. No I sold with a 50% profit at 8 cents.
