Be careful what u wish for - I can tell you most companies that do a CR at market or at a premium without been positively accretive to the bottom line almost immediately statistically struggle to maintain that price. Most recent are EUR down 20% and GSW down 90%, in the last few months. Theres are host of others.
Give em a discount of 5% Borgy Boy so we are on the right side of the stats !
Mind you there is always an exception to the rule.
