My guess with the mc comparisons is that a great many investors don't know how to accurately value KDR with regards the 50% JV with SQM. I am sure there are a great many that have looked at similar companies and then have taken 50% to get an indication of the market cap and hence share price.
I know many will say that there are a number of analysts reports out there that have target prices significantly higher than where we are currently but I think a great many people would not use analysts reports for toilet paper let alone influence their investments decisions.
Once we get the refinery business sorted and a timeline many people will be able to do their own back of an envelope calculations on future revenue/profits and then we will see a better understanding of the markets thoughts on an appropriate mc for KDR.
